A fantastic stay all round - Grant's house is beautifully presented, easy to access and perfectly placed for everything we wanted to do - mainly on the beach! - a real bonus was the outside terrace which on such sunny days was perfect for the family to gather for meals - communication was great and very helpful with questions etc - thank you, we'll most definitely be back!

We stayed in Dee-8 and absolutely loved it. Beautiful accommodation, newly restored.
A great location to explore the Wirral area, with access to the beach and the Marine Lake just down the road. It's close to plenty of places to eat and have coffee in West Kirby itself. The train station is a stone's throw for a trip to Liverpool or Chester, or you can easily drive. Entertainment system is great with all the channels and excellent sound and picture. The appliances are all of high quality, the beds are comfortable, and there are small and thoughtful touches like choices of pillow types and blankets for comfort and the Molton Brown toiletries. Our fave detail had to be the whirlpool bath!

Fantastic House
Fantastic house, perfect for 7-8 people, very well maintained and incredibly clean, just what we wanted. Grant was very quick to respond to questions, kids loved the place, especially the jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again…

What an amazing accommodation! Newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Furnished to a very high standard with a fully equipped kitchen. Staying at Grants place really did feel like home from home.
Location was great with West Kirby beach literally a 2 minutes walk. Lots of choice for food and drinking venues in West Kirby but we decided to cook at home and the patio area overlooking the park was a bonus. Grant was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to answer a query I had prior to arrival promptly.
I would recommend staying at Grants place and will definitely book again when passing this way.
